Who are we?

CIRCL is a network designed for early-career professionals in supporting roles to executives, such as executive assistants and chiefs of staff. Our mission is to connect ambitious individuals who seek a trusted community to share knowledge, expand their professional networks, gain insights from inspirational speakers, and foster personal growth.

What's the story?

CIRCL was born from our experiences as Executive Assistants to C-suite executives in rapidly growing companies in Aarhus (DK). As we settled into our roles, we quickly realized that the position of an executive assistant operates on multiple levels, serving as the vital link between the executive and the organization. However, the weight of responsibility can be significant, and with little job-specific training or access to internal peers, it can be overwhelming, especially early in one’s career.
